I have a safe and good way for anyone to loose weight, with out having to count calories and eat great. Food does not need to be replaced by bad eating habits like starvation or the cabbage diet. Eating right and exercise are just the beginning. When you learn to enjoy the food that you eat with very little fat and lots of flavor you will never miss eating another burger in vain again.. Drink Water, Exercise!!!!
